Next, Médanos de Coro to import sand

Chavezmo lives after him;
Venezuelan oil company Petróleos de Venezuela (Pdvsa) has launched a tender to purchase 300,000 barrels of gasoline blend for 95-octane gasoline. Delivery is expected from November 1–10 in any Venezuelan seaport, traders told Reuters on Tuesday.
This is the second time in the last two months that Pdvsa resorts to an open public tender. In the first week of October, it received a shipment of 300,000 barrels of naphtha.
In recent weeks, the Venezuelan press reported on problems in the supply of 95-octane gasoline in gas stations, while Pdvsa contended that demand had increased.
Pdvsa has increased imports of fuels since a big explosion last year affected its main refinery, Amuay, which last month was running at 68 percent of its capacity of 645,000 barrels per day.
