In a market where gasoline consumption increases day after day, Venezuelan Vice President Jorge Arreaza has noted the need to discuss an increase in the gasoline price, which has been frozen for 17 years.
Late on Monday, Arreaza said it was necessary "to start charging gasoline," a product that is heavily subsidized by the government to stop the price from increasing.
