The weather outside is frightful

In an interview that aired on NY1, Mr. de Blasio dutifully offered his shoveling technique with his fellow New Yorkers.
"Get low. Scrape a little," said Mr. de Blasio, who stands six feet 5 inches and is 52 years old. "You rise up with your knees -- that's the crucial point."
"I urge all New Yorkers don't lift with your back, lift with your knees," he said. "My helpful tip."
The image of Mr. de Blasio shoveling his sidewalk marks a contrast from his predecessor,Michael Bloomberg. In the past 12 years, Mr. Bloomberg, a billionaire, was never spotted shoveling the sidewalk outside his Upper East Side townhouse.
Maybe he didn't want to encourage middle aged New Yorkers to risk heart attacks?
