I enjoy being a girl activist

It's not Dick and Oscar's San Francisco anymore. Today, taking offense is the game of choice;
A startup’s Craigslist job posting for a “Girl Friday” to cook “simple Paleo meals” and clean the office has spawned backlash in the form of a Paleo cookout protest, slated to take place Friday evening outside of the startup’s SOMA live-work loft space.
The ad, posted this week on Craigslist, sought a do-everything assistant to cook and clean, all while exhibiting “a positive, fun attitude while also being OCD compatible” at the design startup The Udda.
Framing the job as a gig for a Mad Men-style office babe incited Paleo feminists to organize a sidewalk cookout, complete with gin cocktails, in front of the offices.
We notice that this story reports on a planned protest, not one that has actually taken place. Then, there's the irony free zone;
But Erika Schlick-Sinclair, a co-founder of The Udda, said she still doesn’t get what the big deal is.“As a female I did not feel bothered by the ad,” she said. “It wasn’t intended to be sexist.”
Not funny, Erika!
