Portlandia

Where the light rail cars are so empty coyotes ride them, and;
Portland [Oregon] officials are reacting to the publicity generated after an 11-year-old girl was told she could beg for money to help pay for her braces but couldn't sell mistletoe at the Saturday Market without a permit.
Mayor Charlie Hales met with Commissioner Amanda Fritz on Tuesday to discuss why the city code bans a child from selling mistletoe in a public park while allowing begging. City officials have said begging is allowed as a free speech right. but vendors are regulated.
Sorta sums up Obamanomics.
