Not exactly the sharpest shooter on the firing range, are we

In a BBC News Magazine feature originally published on 16 May, 2013, US law student Andrew Clark asked why Iceland, awash with guns, has one of the lowest violent crime rates in the world.
We didn't have to take Logic 101 before we entered law school, I guess.  Nor read very widely either (you wouldn't even need to get beyond the title);
