Like, it's the laugher curve, dude

Colorado's Constitution's tax revenue cap puts its politicians in a quandary. If revenues exceed that cap, the money is legally required to be returned to the taxpayers. Not fair, says the Senate's President Bill Cadman;
"I think it's appropriate that we keep the money for marijuana that the voters said that we should," [he] said....
It's a cash crop. Ours, ours, ours!
