Gay basher?

Watch Angela Corey, in April 2012, tell assembled journalists that, in the George Zimmerman murder case, Details have to come out in excruciating and minute fashion. Detail by detail, bit of evidence by bit of evidence.

But, before she announced those charges, she--and Bernie de la Rionda, who is standing alongside her here--had to have spoken to Rachel Jeantel and learned that Jeantel and Trayvon Martin had been talking by phone about the 'creepy', possible homosexual rapist following Trayvon that night.

Which explains the missing four minutes of Trayvon's behavior after we hear George Zimmerman tell the police dispatcher that the suspect 'is running'. Trayvon is a mere 60-70 yards from 'his daddy's fiance's' townhouse...and safety. A healthy teenager can run that distance in probably 20 seconds. She must have told Corey and de la Rionda, as she later testified in court, that Trayvon had arrived near the back of that townhouse (where he could have entered and sat down to watch the NBA All Star game).

How could these prosecutors not have noticed that, as Jeantel told Piers Morgan last night on CNN, the motivation for Trayvon to return to the top of the T, where the 'creepy ass cracka', possible homosexual rapist, Zimmerman, was peacefully awaiting the police, was homophobia?  That Trayvon was returning to put some 'whuppass' (Jeantel's words last night) on Zimmerman.

Jeantel openly admits to their having sexually profiled Zimmerman. She said she thinks that's normal, that any boy or man who 'isn't that kind of way', would be 'creep out'. Isn't that a hate crime? Isn't that what caused Zimmerman to have to defend himself the homophobe Trayvon?

Didn't the prosecutors thus, enable more of the same by condoning it in their actions against the innocent George Zimmerman?

Of course we'll overlook the homophobia

It only got her friend Trayvon Martin killed, so no biggie. What's important is patting ourselves on the back for...whatever this is;

‘Did it work?’

When the village meets now, [Rachel] Jeantel has a seat at the table. Some days she wants to go to fashion school, which Joyner’s foundation will not pay for. Other days she says, with a voice of fulsome determination, “I want that college degree.” Vereen wants her to go to Florida Memorial, a small private university founded in 1879 to educate blacks in southern Florida.

Joyner won’t say how much the foundation has contributed to Jeantel’s care. “What matters is, did it work? The short answer to that is no,” Joyner says.

Rachel graduated “not being motivated to get ready for the world.” Joyner wanted her college-ready — to get herself college ready. That’s what the foundation was paying for. “The educational system failed her, but here was an opportunity to do more than the system was offering her,” he says. “We took her to the water, and now the rest is up to her.” The offer remains open.

So, the village managed to find a way to get a piece of paper that says Rachel Jeantel is a high school graduate. Wonder if she still hates gays;

By one of those instructive coincidences, this week-end C-Span's Afterwords had Jason Riley on to be interviewed by a befuddled woman about his book Please Stop Helping Us: How Liberals Make it Harder for Blacks to Succeed.

The treatment received by Rachel Jeantel is a perfect example of Riley's thesis.

ABC's left hand...

doesn't seem to know what its other left hand is doing;

Freckle-faced [comic book character] Archie will meet his demise when he intervenes in an assassination attempt on senator Kevin Keller, Archie Comics' first openly gay character, who's pushing for more gun control in Riverdale. Archie's death, which was first announced in April, will mark the conclusion of the "Life with Archie" series.

Cue the usual suspects;

The Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation and several Archie fans praised Archie Comics' decision to have the character sacrifice himself to save Kevin.... 

We wonder what the GLAAD thought of ABC's paean to homophobe Rachel Jeantel by George Stephanopolous last Sunday on This Week? They managed to pass over in silence Jeantel's testimony in the Zimmerman trial where she twice used the word 'pervert' to describe Zimmerman (and also called him a rapist).

Nor did she make any apologies for her friend Trayvon Robinson's homophobic attack (albeit mistaken) on Zimmerman. He assaulted Zimmerman, who was peacefully standing on a sidewalk in his neighborhood waiting for a policeman he'd summoned, because, in Jeantel's words (on Piers Morgan's CNN talk show);

For every boy, every man who isn't that kind of way, see a grown man following them, would they be creep out?

For Rachel, Zimmerman should have expected what happened to him;

[The jury] they're white...they don't understand...it's just bash, bash [gestures]....Trust me, the area I live, that's not bashing. That's just called whuppass. You got your ass whupped. 

For being gay.

Ironic that it was a gun that saved Zimmerman from possibly being killed in the assault by Jeantel's boyfriend.

Gentle giant in a hoodie, armed with skittles and soda?

Shades of Trayvon Martin;

Ferguson [Missouri] authorities have identified Darren Wilson as the police officer who shot and killed an unarmed teenager last Saturday. Documents released Friday also identify the teen, Michael Brown, as a suspect in a robbery at a convenience store a short time before the shooting.

....At 11:51 a.m. a 911 caller reported a strong-arm robbery at a convenience store....

...documents...released in response to Sunshine Law requests name Brown as a suspect in the robbery of the store. The store name and address is redacted from the documents, but it was not the QuikTrip.

Also named as a suspect in the robbery is Dorian Johnson, 22, a man who has said he was with Brown when he was shot.

The document release includes surveillance images of the robbery, showing an employee being attacked.

Opening the possibility that 'gentle giant' (according to Al Sharpton) Michael Brown had also attacked officer Wilson in an attempt to avoid being arrested.

Readers of HSIB will remember a similar playing out of facts during George Zimmerman's trial for murder in the shooting of Traybon Martin. Where the teen-ager turned out to be a vicious homophobe, who conspired with his girl friend Rachel Jeantel, via cell phone, to return from the safety of his Daddy's fiance's townhouse to the sidewalk, 70 yards away, where George Zimmerman was standing peacefully waiting for the police he'd summon to arrive. Trayvon then launched an assault on Zimmerman, knocking him to the ground, mounting him and pounding his head into concrete, before Zimmerman could access his firearm and shoot the boy in self-defense.

That's Rachel Jeantel telling Piers Morgan, on CNN, what actually happened that night in Florida. About which confession, as far as we know, Al Sharpton has never commented.

You know you're a homophobe

[Update; Rush Limbaugh, this morning, noticed the same thing we did]

Which is what Rachel Jeantel did last night on CNN...and was applauded...by a middle class audience!

We also heard that Trayvon Martin used, 'drugs, okay, weed'. 'Twice a week...that's normal [in my area]'

You know you're a white liberal when you excuse the above attitudes because the person expressing them is a black teen-ager. You're also a racist for thinking that that's the way all black people talk and think. Black Americans of our acquaintance use a word to describe their racial brethren who do talk (and act) like Ms. Jeantel and Trayvon Martin; knuckleheads.

Hard to believe no one watched him

Even when he had a guest who wasn't a blithering idiot and racist homophobe, he couldn't attract enough viewers to keep a job in the USA;

CNN is pulling the plug on "Piers Morgan Live" after just three years in a key primetime slot. The program, hosted by former newspaper editor Piers Morgan, had struggled to gain traction at the 9 p.m. hour, and was routinely beaten in the ratings by cable competitors.

Maybe CNN should re-think their idea of of what makes an appealing television program. Even the bombshell that Ms. Jeantel dropped on Morgan's program (that Trayvon Martin launched an attack on George Zimmerman in the mistaken belief that he was a homosexual) was hardly noticed, even by the usual gay political activists.

We didn't do anything wrong, just ask me

The judge who presided over the George Zimmerman fiasco, decided not to recuse herself when Zimmerman--who, it emerged during the trial, under the nose of Judge Debra, was peacefully standing on a sidewalk waiting for a policeman to respond to his call--filed suit for defamation;

A Florida judge on Monday dismissed the defamation lawsuit filed by George Zimmerman against NBC and three reporters, saying the former neighborhood watch leader failed to show the network acted with malice.

Judge Debra Nelson said the malice standard was appropriate because Zimmerman became a public figure after he shot 17-year-oldTrayvon Martin in Sanford in February 2012, generating a national conversation about race and self-defense laws.

....Zimmerman "voluntarily injected his views into the public controversy surrounding race relations and public safety in Sanford and pursued a course of conduct that ultimately led to the death of Martin and the specific controversy surrounding it," said Nelson, who presided over Zimmerman's criminal trial last summer.

He 'pursued a course of conduct' by acting like a responsible citizen alerting the police to a possible law breaker in his neighborhood. He telephoned a non-emergency police dispatcher and asked for a policeman to be sent to investigate. While awaiting that police officer he was attacked by teen-ager Trayvon Martin, who, it emerged during testimony in Judge Debra's own courtroom, mistakenly thought George Zimmerman was a homosexual stalking him.

Young Trayvon, according to his friend Rachel Jeantel (again, testifying right in front of this same judge) admitted that Trayvon was almost home, safe from whatever he thought Zimmerman was up to, but returned to where--approximately 70 yards away--Zimmerman was awaiting the police. At which admission this judge should have tossed the prosecution's politically motivated charge against Zimmerman.

Had Judge Debra ruled that Zimmerman has a legitimate defamation case against NBC--which did, unquestionably, alter Zimmerman's statement to make him look like a racist for responding to the dispatcher's question about the race of the 'perp', she would have been admitting to her own incompetence.

Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz has called for the prosecutors in the Zimmerman case to be disbarred. We say, add the judge.

'Don't judge a book by its cover'

Instead, take Rachel Jeantel's advice (though, it apparently doesn't apply to 'perverts' peacefully sitting in their pickups), watch her interviewed at the Huffington Post, and then make up your mind. See for yourself, if she doesn't come across, as a narcissist, a racist, illogical, semi-literate, with no self-awareness whatsoever. Self-entitled in the most childish way; 'I'm a teenager. I'm nineteen.' and 'Me, a teenager. An adult judging me!'

Oblivious to the consequences of one's reckless behavior, when she discusses the 'whuppass' put on George Zimmerman by her friend Trayvon--she admits he started the fight with the first punch. He wouldn't have killed Zimmerman. No, impossible. That's just normal teenager behavior. Zimmerman should have taken it.

She also seems to admit to perjury when denying that she and Trayvon were boyfriend/girlfriend.

Keep in mind while watching that Piers Morgan thinks she's intelligent. She thinks so too, as she plans to go to college. Who can blame her, with adults encouraging her in her irresponsible, immature attitudes. Attitudes that helped get Trayvon Martin killed. As Thomas Sowell wrote in his book Black Rednecks and White Liberals; Those who provide black rednecks with alibis do no favor to them, to other blacks, or to the larger society in which we all live.
