Alec Baldwin might want to think of moving somewhere else...like Wasilla;

The actor was served with summons for riding illegally and disorderly conduct, reportedly for rowing with officers after they asked to see identification he didn’t have.

Baldwin was handcuffed and taken to the NYPD station house on 21st Street.

Upon returning home hours later, Baldwin took to Twitter.com to blast the police department, writing, “New York City is a mismanaged carnival of stupidity that is desperate for revenue and anxious to criminalize behavior once thought benign.”

There are quite a few apartment owners in NYC who have been agreeing with that, since WWII.
