The Brits
enable quantitative easing;
A CONVICTED counterfeiter in the UK was sent on a design and print
course at the taxpayers’ expense while he was in jail, it has emerged.
The fraudster was serving a two year sentence at Lindholme prison
near Doncaster, South Yorkshire, when he was allowed to take part in a
course to improve his publishing skills.
Police believe the
persistent offender, Charles Kanyimo, a 40-year-old Zimbabwean national,
used tricks learned in the prison classroom to improve his cheque
counterfeiting operation after being released in 2010.
And ended up back in prison for counterfeiting.
